1. What are the shipping costs?

Domestic
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia:
• $9.95 AUD for Standard Shipping
• $13.95 AUD for Express Shipping

International
We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $30 AUD (approx. 19.54 USD)

2. What if I receive the wrong item or something is faulty?

If there’s an issue with your order just get in touch with us. We’ll organise a return or refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As a small business, we’re unable to offer returns for change of mind — but we’re happy to help with exchanges or store credit.

If you need a different size or want to swap your item for something else, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to sort it out. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Some limited-release products may not be available for exchange if sold out.
